Are You Ready for Breakthrough?

You’ve been waiting for the right moment. The moment when you feel ready for breakthrough — when your faith is stronger, your life is more stable, your schedule is clearer. You tell yourself, “I’ll sign up when I’m in a better place. When I have more space in my brain. When I feel more spiritually prepared.”

But here’s the question that changes everything: What if waiting until you feel ready for breakthrough is the very thing keeping breakthrough from happening?

Perhaps you missed the early bird deadline on Sunday May 10 for the Open Heaven course. Maybe you thought, “I’m not ready yet. I need more time to decide.” However, the truth is this: God doesn’t wait for you to feel ready. He waits for you to be willing. Therefore, if you’re still hesitating because you don’t think you’re ready for breakthrough, you’re asking the wrong question.

The Myth of Readiness

When you don’t feel ready for breakthrough, your mind creates a convincing story. You assume breakthrough is reserved for people who have their lives together. People whose faith is unwavering. People who’ve already done the spiritual work. Additionally, you convince yourself that stepping into something as significant as learning to live under an open heaven requires a level of preparation you haven’t yet achieved.

However, Matthew 25:1-13 tells the parable of the ten virgins waiting for the bridegroom. Five were ready. Five were not. The difference wasn’t their spiritual maturity or their level of preparation. Rather, the difference was simple: The virgins had oil in their lamps when the bridegroom arrived. They were positioned for the moment, not perfectly prepared for it.

At Forerunner Ministries, we’ve walked with countless believers through this exact hesitation. What we’ve discovered is that feeling ready for breakthrough and actually experiencing it are two completely different things. Most people who’ve experienced the greatest breakthroughs weren’t ready… they were just willing.

What “Ready” Actually Means

Readiness isn’t about having everything figured out. It’s not about feeling spiritually strong enough or emotionally stable enough. Rather, being ready for breakthrough means this: You’re tired of where you are, and you’re willing to take the next step even when you can’t see the entire staircase.

You Don’t Need Perfect Faith — You Need Willing Faith

Hebrews 11:6 says, “And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.” Notice what it doesn’t say. It doesn’t say, “Without perfect faith.” It doesn’t say, “Without unwavering confidence.” It says faith that earnestly seeks.

Similarly, you don’t have to feel ready for breakthrough to experience it. You just have to be willing to seek it. As we explored in our post about trusting yourself to hear God’s voice, the barrier isn’t God’s willingness to meet you. The barrier is your belief that you’re capable of receiving what He wants to give.

The Cost of Waiting

Here’s what happens when you wait until you feel ready for breakthrough: You never start.

There’s always one more thing to fix. One more issue to resolve. One more season to wait out. Consequently, days turn into weeks. Weeks turn into months. And the ceiling above you remains firmly in place — not because God hasn’t moved, but because you haven’t.

Moreover, 2 Corinthians 6:2 declares, “… In the time of my favour I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you.” Not tomorrow. Not when you feel more prepared. Now. The moment you’re in right now is the moment God is inviting you to step into what He’s prepared.

What Breakthrough Actually Requires

Being ready for breakthrough doesn’t require perfection. It requires three things:

1. Honest Desperation

You have to be tired enough of where you are to risk moving forward. The silence you’ve been experiencing, the blockages you’ve identified, the frustration of watching others experience what feels out of reach — all of it has to become unbearable enough that staying stuck is no longer an option. Change is often uncomfortable and true change happens when it’s more uncomfortable to remain where you are vs the uncomfortableness change.

2. Willingness to Be Taught

You don’t have to know how breakthrough happens. You just have to be willing to learn. That’s what the Open Heaven: Naturally Supernatural course is designed to do — walk you through the specific steps to remove blockages, create space for God to speak, and position yourself under an open heaven.

3. Action Despite Fear

Faith always requires action before certainty. Abraham left without knowing where he was going. Moses stepped forward before the Red Sea parted. Peter got out of the boat while the storm was still raging. Therefore, being ready for breakthrough means taking the step even when you don’t feel confident or comfortable.

Windows are Closing and Opening

Early bird pricing for Open Heaven: Naturally Supernatural course ended Sunday May 10. That window is closed but another window is still open — but it’s closing fast.

If you enrol today, you’ll have time to prepare mentally and spiritually for what’s coming. You’ll be positioned to start strong when we launch together on Wednesday, May 21st. But if you keep waiting until you feel ready for breakthrough, you’ll miss the start entirely. And then you’ll be watching from the sidelines again — wondering what could have happened if you’d just taken the step.

You Don’t Have to Be Ready — You Just Have to Be Willing

Here’s the truth that changes everything: God meets you where you are, not where you think you should be.

You don’t have to have your life together. You don’t have to feel spiritually strong. You don’t have to understand exactly how breakthrough works. You just have to say yes.

Open Heaven: Naturally Supernatural course starts in 9 days. Six weeks of practical, biblical teaching that will help you remove the specific blockages keeping heaven closed, create space for God to speak, and step into the naturally supernatural life you’ve been longing for.

The early bird pricing is over but the opportunity to join us is still here at the regular pricing of USD ($) 134.99. Don’t let fear of not being ready keep you from the breakthrough you’ve been praying for.
