Introduction to “Experiencing the Fullness of God”
Have You Ever Thought About Your Relationship with God?
If you could design your ideal relationship with God, what would it look like?
Would it be one of deep trust, where you never doubt His love?
Would it be one of friendship, where you talk with Him like a close companion?
Would it be one of power and confidence, where you always feel guided, strengthened, and never alone?
Many of us long for a closer connection with God, but if we’re honest, we don’t always know what that should look like.
For some, God feels distant—like a ruler sitting in heaven, watching but not fully involved.
For others, He feels demanding—quick to point out mistakes but slow to show kindness.
And for some, God is someone they believe in, but don’t really experience in daily life.
But the truth is, God is not distant. He is not uninterested. He is not waiting for you to be better, smarter, or more spiritual before He will draw close to you.
💡 God already longs to be close to you—so the real question is, do you long to be close to Him?
Understanding the Trinity: Three Ways to Experience God
The Bible tells us that God is one, but He exists in three persons:
✔ God the Father – The One who loves, protects, and provides for us.
✔ Jesus the Son – The One who walks with us, saves us, and teaches us how to live.
✔ The Holy Spirit – The One who dwells within us, guides us, and empowers us.
Each of these relationships reveals a different side of God, and together, they form a complete picture of who He is.
But many of us only experience one or two parts of God’s nature, while missing the fullness of who He wants to be in our lives.
Some of us see God as Father, but struggle to relate to Jesus personally.
Some of us know Jesus as Savior, but have never experienced the power of the Holy Spirit.
Some of us believe in the Holy Spirit, but don’t know how to walk in His presence daily.
But what if you could experience God fully?
What if your relationship with the Father, Son, and Spirit became deep, personal, and life-changing?
God the Father: The One Who Loves and Protects
Jesus introduced God as “our Father”, and throughout Scripture, we see what that truly means. He is not just a distant Creator, but a deeply personal and loving Father who is intimately involved in our lives.
📖 “See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God!” – 1 John 3:1
God is not a harsh taskmaster, demanding perfection. He is not disappointed in you, waiting for you to fail. He is a perfect Father—always present, always loving, always working for your good.
💙 He is Always Present – “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” (Deuteronomy 31:6)
💙 He Provides for Us – “Your heavenly Father knows what you need before you ask Him.” (Matthew 6:8)
💙 He Delights in Us – “He will rejoice over you with singing.” (Zephaniah 3:17)
If you could truly experience God as Father, what would that change in your life?
Would you feel safe, deeply loved, and fully known?
Would you stop trying to earn His approval and simply rest in His love?
💭 Reflection: Do you relate to God as a loving Father, or do you see Him as distant and hard to please?
Jesus the Son: The One Who Walks With Us
Most of us know that Jesus came to save us. But do we know that He also came to walk with us?
📖 “I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends.” – John 15:15
Jesus doesn’t just want you to believe in Him—He wants you to know Him personally.
Many of us accept salvation, but we never experience friendship with Jesus.
We go to church, but we don’t walk with Him in our daily lives.
We read about Him, but we don’t talk to Him like a close friend.
We admire His teachings, but we struggle to actually follow His example.
But Jesus is not distant. He is near, real, and present. He wants to be your Savior, your Friend, and your Teacher.
💡 Imagine Jesus sitting next to you right now. If you truly saw Him as your closest friend, how would your life change?
💭 Reflection: Do you talk to Jesus daily, or do you only turn to Him when life is hard?
The Holy Spirit: The One Who Lives Inside Us
While Jesus is in heaven at the right hand of the Father, the Holy Spirit is the One who lives inside us today. He is not a force, a feeling, or a vague presence—He is God, living in us, guiding, comforting, and empowering us.
📖 “But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, will teach you all things and remind you of everything I have told you.” – John 14:26
Many Christians believe in the Holy Spirit, but few walk in relationship with Him daily.
Some of us feel powerless in our faith because we’ve never fully invited the Holy Spirit to work in us.
Some of us feel alone when, in reality, the Spirit of God is dwelling within us.
Some of us long to hear God’s voice, but we don’t realize the Holy Spirit is already speaking.
The Holy Spirit is our Helper, Comforter, and Source of Power. But are we listening to Him? Are we walking with Him?
💭 Reflection: Do you experience the Holy Spirit as a daily guide in your life, or is He just a concept to you?
What Would Your Ideal Relationship with God Look Like?
God doesn’t just want you to know about Him—He wants you to know Him personally.
💡 What if you knew God as Father, without fear or striving?
💡 What if Jesus was your daily Friend, walking beside you?
💡 What if the Holy Spirit’s presence was as real as the air you breathe?
That’s what full relationship with God looks like.
A Prayer to Experience the Fullness of God
🛐 “God, I want to know You fully. Father, teach me to trust You as my loving protector and provider. Jesus, help me walk with You daily as my Savior and Friend. Holy Spirit, fill me and lead me every step of the way. I don’t want to just believe—I want to experience You. Amen.”
Final Thoughts
God is not a concept to understand—He is a Person to know.
The Father loves you, Jesus walks with you, and the Holy Spirit lives within you.
So the real question isn’t “What would your ideal relationship with God look like?”—
It’s “Are you ready to experience Him fully?”

What a compelling read! And could there be any more of a compelling revelation: our God revealing Himself as 3 distinct Persons to be known? And not as a theological truth alone but as a living reality, a living relationship with us with me. He is so deeply personal. Infinitely understanding, perfectly loving. More recently Im getting to know the Father in a more Father-daughter way. He delights in me, not because Im doing some kingdom work, or being faithful as I see it, or having a good spiritual day. But He delights that Im His!
