Return & Refund Policy of www.forerunner-ministries.com

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 30 days. Once we receive the returned item Forerunner Ministries will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

Forerunner Ministries only issues refunds for items purchased directly from us. Forerunner Ministries will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. If you have purchased one of our products through another store you must contact them directly for refunds.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have tosend it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

We are only able to refund you the purchase price of the product not including the shipping costs. You must provide us with the receipt of your purchase and refunds will be sent via bank transfer so you must provide full bank transfer details along with the returned items.  We do not issue credit card refunds at this time.

Digital Downloads Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase of a digital download or online course you may receive a full refund within the first 30 days of purchase.  After 30 days no refunds are possible.

*Please note some courses have a purchasing option of an installment plan or monthly payment plan but refunds are only available for 30 days from the original purchase date.

*Please note that you have lifetime access to all courses you have purchased but once you request a refund you will no longer have access to that course.

To request a refund of a digital download or online course please log into your school account and contact Forerunner Ministries using the built in “Contact” form. Simply fill in the form using the subject line “Requesting Refund” and the course name and we will be happy to refund you the purchase price.

Contacting Your School Owner (Godsmasterclass.com)

There are several reasons you might need to contact the school owner after you purchase a course or product. For example, you might want to:

  • Request a refund on a purchase
  • Request to be unenrolled from a course
  • Ask a question about the course content

While there are multiple ways you can contact your school owner as a student, we recommend using Teachable’s native contact form for students. To access the contact form:

  • Log in to your school account (it does not matter if it is a myTeachable account or not).
  • On the top-right side of your navigation bar, click your avatar. This will open a dropdown menu.
  • Click Contact.
  • On the Contact page, fill in the Subject and Message fields—similar to how you would fill out any other email.
  • Once you’ve finished your message, click Send. This will send your message as an email to your school owner’s email address.

If your school owner replies to your message, it will be sent to your email address; from there, you can continue the conversation as needed.

We reserve the right to remove the accounts held by any individuals representing companies that offer a similar or directly competing Service.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

We will email you to confirm the placement of your order and with details concerning product delivery and ongoing payments. In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT

Once confirmed, we will provide you access to the purchased Service. You agree and understand that access to the Service may at times be influenced and affected by third parties that we use to provide the Service (web hosting, membership site plugins, etc.). You agree and understand that no breach of contract action may be initiated against www.forerunner-ministries.com and www.godsmasterclass.com when there are reasonable delays in the access of the Service.

We reserve the right to terminate the Service, and or access to certain features of the Service, with or without prior notice to you. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice but is not required to do so under the terms of this agreement.

If you are paying on a monthly subscription this allows you access to the Service for 30 days. Failure to pay your monthly subscription payment will result in access to the Service being stopped.

For annual subscriptions you will receive 365 days access. You may cancel the automatic renewal of your annual subscription at any time and your access to the Site will end at the end of the current contracted term.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee should you be unhappy with the Service in your first month of membership. To request a refund under the guarantee please cancel your account via your account page

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time via your account page, but due to the nature of the Service no refunds will be made for any membership fees already paid, excluding the 30 day money back guarantee as stated above.

Once you cancel you will no longer have access to the Service, including all content and community resources, once your current membership period is completed.

The 30 day refund period only applies to your first subscription and cannot be used more than once.

No partial refunds are given should you terminate an annual subscription before your renewal date, however you will retain access to the Service until the end of your annual payment term.

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that you cancel your account in good time should you no longer require the Service and do not wish to be billed further.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

We endeavour to describe and display the Service as accurately as possible. While we try to be as clear as possible in explaining the Service, please do not accept that the Site is entirely accurate, current, or error-free. From time to time we may correct errors in pricing and descriptions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price listing.

You agree that your use of these community and social media platforms is a privilege and Forerunner Ministries may limit or deny access to these platforms for misconduct that includes but is not limited to being inappropriate, rude, violent, or threatening. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice to you with regards to inappropriate or unapproved content that you have placed within the voluntarily provided community and social media platform. Forerunner Ministries is not required to provide notice, and reserves all rights to take immediate and appropriate action to protect the Forerunner Ministries and Gods Masterclass brand and image integrity as well as the safety and security of our members.

You may not use our site, services or social media platform to promote any business, church, ministry, book, teaching platform, retreat, conference or any other product, service or event without prior written permission from Forerunner Ministries.

OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and Service contain intellectual property owned by Forerunner Ministries, including trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information, and other intellectual property. Forerunner Ministries copyrighted and original materials are provided to you as part of the Service for your individual use only and a single-user license. All intellectual property, including Forerunner Ministries copyrighted materials shall remain the sole property of Forerunner Ministries. No license to sell or distribute our materials is granted or implied.

RECOVERY OF LITIGATION EXPENSES

If any legal action or any arbitration or other proceeding is brought for the enforcement of this Agreement, or because of an alleged dispute, breach, default, or misrepresentation in connection with any of the provisions of this Agreement, the successful or prevailing party or parties shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and other costs incurred in that action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which it or they may be entitled.

SEVERABILITY

If any term, provision, covenant, or condition of this Agreement is held by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated.
